Axoss was formed in 2007 by Dr John Kelly as a vehicle for promoting and undertaking consultancy, training and research in value management, value engineering, whole life costing and whole life value.
On 31st October 2011 John Kelly formally retired. Axoss Ltd ceased to trade on the same date.
Dr John Kelly will continue, as a retired member, to contribute to the Institute of Value Management and will continue writing.
